You text us

A few photos and a sentence in your own words. You don't need to know what to call it. "The outlet in the kitchen is warm" is plenty.

We text back (same day)

Usually within a couple of hours, always within 24. If we need to see it in person before quoting, we'll book a short visit that's free.

Written quote in your inbox

Itemized. Flat-rate when we can, capped time-and-materials when we can't. Permit fees included. No "signs here for an unspecified amount."

We show up when we said

Text the morning of. Text again when we're parked, so nobody answers the door surprised. Shoes off when you ask. Drop cloths down.

Walkthrough before we leave

We walk you through what we did, what we found that wasn't in the quote (and why we didn't change it), and what to watch for. You sign off; the bill is exactly the quote.

How our crew is structured

Family-owned, four-person crew. Real names and faces go up here once everyone signs off on a photo — until then, here's the structure of who's doing what.

Fifteen years across the trades. Answers texts after 6pm. The person who decided we'd publish our prices.

Field manager

Scheduling & on-site quotes

Walks every job before we quote it. The voice on the other end of the phone. Bilingual — text in Spanish if that's easier.

Lead electrician

Panels & rewires

Twelve years on residential. Owns the hard installs — service upgrades, sub-panels, whole-home rewires.

Electrician

Diagnostics & finish work

Troubleshooting, circuit adds, fixture and outlet installs. Background-checked the same week of hire.

Service area

Cincinnati and the surrounding residential market — Hyde Park, Oakley, Northside, Clifton, Pleasant Ridge, Madeira, Norwood, Mt. Lookout, Walnut Hills, and out to about a 25-minute drive. Single-family through 3-family buildings. If your job is bigger than that, we'll tell you straight.

How we bill (the short version)

Flat-rate quotes for defined work — panels, circuits, fixture installs, EV drops. Capped time-and-materials for diagnostics and open-ended troubleshooting, with the cap agreed up front.
