What we do, and what we don't.

A clear scope is professional courtesy. It saves your time and ours, and it means the work that lands on our truck is work we're fast and accurate at.

Why the line is drawn here.
Between us we have fifteen years across most of the trades on that "not our scope" list. We can do them. We're not the fastest or most accurate people at them, and pretending otherwise priced our time wrong for years. Specializing means the panel goes in clean the first time, the work holds up, and the bill is honest.

Our crew

Four of us total: two electricians on the truck, a manager handling scheduling and quotes, and Cade running the shop. Small enough that the person who answered the phone is the person who walked the job. Big enough that someone's always available when a panel's down.

Service area

Cincinnati and the surrounding residential market. Single-family homes through 3-family buildings — the segment that runs on residential code, not commercial. (That's up to four units total — "triplex" territory and below.) If your job is bigger than that, we'll tell you straight and point you to a bigger outfit that handles it.

Pricing

Flat-rate quotes for defined work — panels, circuits, fixture installs. Time-and-materials for diagnostics and open-ended troubleshooting, with a cap agreed up front. No recurring fees, no membership upsells, no surprise trip charges. The quote you get is the bill you pay.

Who we work for

Homeowners, small landlords, real-estate agents needing fast pre-close walkthroughs, and neighbors who got burned by a bigger outfit and want a crew that picks up the phone. Same work, same price, same respect, whoever's at the door.
