After-hours emergency (no power, burning smell, sparking)? Call and let it ring — calls outside business hours route to the cell.
What helps us quote fast
Most jobs we can quote from photos alone. If you can send these, you'll usually have a number in your inbox the same day:
- Address and a sentence on the building (single-family / duplex / triplex)
- What you want done, in your own words — we'll translate to code language
- Age of the panel and main service size, if you happen to know
- A photo of the panel cover (closed is fine)
- A photo of the room or fixture in question

Within 24 hours of you sending us the photos. Itemized. Permit fees included if needed.
You decide on your timeline
No pressure call-backs. If we don't hear from you, we don't hound you. The quote is good for 30 days.
When you're ready, we book it
We text the morning of the appointment. We text again when we're parked, so nobody answers the door surprised.
Service area
Cincinnati and surrounding — Hyde Park, Oakley, Northside, Clifton, Pleasant Ridge, Madeira, Norwood, Mt. Lookout, Walnut Hills, and out to about a 25-minute drive. Residential only, single-family through 3-family.
One last note
If your job sits outside our scope — framing, plumbing, HVAC, the rest of the services page → — we'll say so on the first call and refer you to someone good. Saves a wasted site visit and gets you to the right person faster.
